One person should be chosen as a leader of the group. The registration step asks if you are a leader or not, when this fee is selected.
If you are the leader for your group (checked leader in Student Group), ASP-DAC 2019 Secretariat will ask you to submit a member list to confirm your members' registration later.

  4. Your Registration ID# will be notified by confirmation e-mail upon completion of registration.
  5. If paying by bank transfer using your company's name, please advise us of the Registration ID#, registrant's name, and transfer date (the day you transfer the fees) by e-mail to aspdac2019reg@aspdac.com
    If you don't advise us above information within a week after you transfer the fee, we can't confirm your payment.
  6. Handling fees and other bank transfer fees are to be borne by the registrant.
  7. If registered contents are changed or added, please notify the ASP-DAC 2019 Secretariat by e-mail at aspdac2019reg@aspdac.com

  8. Cancellation and Refund.
    When you cancel this registration by December 7, regardless of reason, in refund, 5,000 yen will be deducted from the fees paid to cover administrate cost.
    No refund will be made for cancellation request received after this date.
  9. Speakers are not allowed to cancel registrations.
  10. If you are leader for your group (checked leader), ASP-DAC 2019 Secretariat will ask you to submit a member list to confirm your memberís registration later. After you receive an excel format file for member list, please fill it out and send back to aspdac2019reg@aspdac.com.
